We grow multiplying onions that were passed down to us by many generations of family and friends. They reproduce by bulbs multiplying. They do not produce seeds! Each fall the bulbs are to be planted and grown until May or June when they are ready for harvesting. They can be planted again in the summer or fall. The fall planted bulbs will be ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. They are hardy and can be grown for many years with minimal care.
