Story City Locker will offer custom meat processing services for beef, pork, lamb, goat, and poultry, as well as game. We will also process deer.
The locker will also have a butcher shop, the Story City Cleaver. Our retail meats will be entirely local and traceable, from small farms within a 150 mile radius of Story City, Iowa.
Story City Locker is being established to support sustainable, local food-supply concepts and to meet the needs of our customers by providing quality meat products in a safe environment.
