About Us
Rancho Ojo de Agua is a sixth generation family-owned cattle ranch in the Mexican state of Coahuila, near the border with Texas. Our cow-calf operation is based on our ranch in Mexico, while our pasture-raised & finished steers roam on Texas grass. In recent years, we have begun working toward implementing Holistic Management and regenerating our grassland ecosystem in order to produce better beef, strengthen biodiversity, and combat climate change.
