David Chauvin's Seafood Company of Cocodrie, LLC was purchased in March of 2020 to be able to purchase shrimp from commercial fishers to bring to our Bluewater Shrimp processing facility to freeze. At our shrimp dock we will be selling Fresh Louisiana Shrimp along with our frozen products for our customers. We are now located down in Cocodrie for the convenience of commercial fishermen and camp owners that frequent the area. We look forward to doing business with you. Our plans are to create a fishing experience with kayaks and paddle boats in the near future. A place where you'll be able to rent the kayaks and/or paddle boats and fishing lines.
