In 1921, Billy Ingram launched a family-owned business that would go on to revolutionize the fast-food industry. What started in Wichita, Kansas selling small five-cent square hamburgers (dubbed Sliders) has grown into an iconic brand that was named Time® Magazine’s most influential burger of all time in 2014. Today White Castle remains a family-owned business and sells the same humble, 100 percent USDA beef patty with steam-grilled onions, and is available in Castles and freezer ailes nationwide. Long Live Sliders!
